工具与整合之月：sqlfmt 发布、Dimitri Fontaine 盘点 11–18 的 SQL 改进，工程美学持续输出；Electric 并入 Databricks 旗下的 Neon 团队、Andy Pavlo 加盟 ClickHouse 创建 Labs——人才与团队向头部数据平台聚拢。18.6 小版本与 19 Beta 3 同月发布；一个潜伏 13 年的级联复制 bug 在 CloudNativePG 环境下被发现，「久经考验」不等于没有 bug。Crunchy 把八年来的 Postgres 建议对照 19 重新检验、看哪些已过时；Stonebraker 在 The Register 的报道中把 Postgres 的成功部分归功于 Oracle，为这段历史补上注脚。
