本月脉络
两条线值得记住：一是呼声已久的计划稳定性需求有了官方着落——pg_plan_advice 进入 19 视野，Robert Haas 与 Depesz 双视角解读各有收获（9 月已有落地解读）；二是检索：12 月开源的 pg_textsearch 迎来 1.0，库内 BM25 检索从尝鲜走向可用于生产，周报另附 VectorChord-BM25 的检索性能文章作对照。19 特性在冻结前集中落地：pg_dumpall 二进制格式、COPY TO JSON 陆续曝光。运维侧，AWS 宣布停止 RDS 上的 PG 13 支持，与 11 月的停止维护呼应；work_mem 陷阱与 psql 中 Ctrl-C 取消查询的机制解析都是实用文。
