本月脉络
18 发布约两个月后，生态进入跟进期：AWS RDS 宣布支持 18，微软推出 HorizonDB，PlanetScale 预告每月 5 美元的 Postgres 套餐，云托管竞争加剧。PG 13 于本月正式停止维护，Percona 发文提醒升级，Docker 官方镜像小版本升级的风险提示也属于这条「升级运维」线。Snowflake 推出 pg_lake 把 Postgres 与数据湖仓打通，是本月头条级的厂商动作。VectorChord 发布 1.0——这个向量检索扩展首发时就以「一美元存 40 万向量」的成本案例出名。Cybertec 预告了 19 的聚合性能优化。
